On June 19 the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) issued updated guidance based on a report from the Minnesota Department of Health.

Requirements for member schools include:

Have a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan written and implemented.
Meet the MDH requirements of holding games and scrimmages shared in today's updated Guidance.
Follow the COVID-19 Guidance for Youth, Student and Childcare Programs Guidance.

Full team practices may resume on June 24, 2020 with outdoor scrimmages and games for outdoor sports resuming June 24, followed by indoor games on July 1.

The MDH will be evaluating and issuing updated guidelines and rulings as needed, but it looks like youth sports are returning to Minnesota.
